Artist Biography

Clive Sefton is a Brighton based artist and his series of high-quality prints combine clean and minimal design with fun and interaction.

Having originally studied silkscreen printing as part of his degree course at Southampton, a further course at Brighton University led to the original 'Brighton Wordsearch'. This first edition sold out within a couple of weeks leading to the 'Brighton - Red' edition of 50 prints which has now also sold out.

Clive has always been interested in typography and interactivity with artwork. His work is fun, and his personalised word searches can evoke countless thoughts and memories...

Clive prides himself on the quality of his work and meticulously creates each piece by hand. Each piece is printed using the highest quality materials.

Clive's work has been bought by some well-known people including professional sportspeople and Brighton resident, Fatboy Slim who also has a piece hanging in his beachfront café. Clive has sent work around the world and been commissioned by a number of international companies including King's College London and Hotel Ibis.
